The software runs in the background of a panellist’s device and monitors websites visited, apps used and videos watched, however, sensitive data such as phone calls, the content of messaging apps, or any secure data such as password or bank details, is NOT collected.

Panellists may choose to leave the panel at any time and are provided with information about how to leave (including app uninstallation details). Ipsos also have processes in place to handle GDPR Subject Access Requests (SARs) and requests to erase data.
Ipsos compliance teams are tasked with responding promptly to any privacy-related grievances or concerns raised by research panellists/respondents.
