James Chandler

IAB

The Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) UK is the trade association for digital advertising, representing over 1,200 leading brands, media owners, technology providers and agencies.

James joined the IAB in March 2017 as the trade body’s first ever Chief Marketing Officer. He leads the IAB’s efforts in engaging with brands and agencies and re-asserting positivity in digital advertising.

James spent nine years at WPP media agency Mindshare, latterly as Global Mobile Director, where he was responsible for the agency’s mobile output across its network of 166 offices in 86 countries. He joined the IAB from Snap Inc.

The UK Association of Online Publishers (AOP) is an industry body representing digital publishing companies that create original, branded, quality content.

Richard Reeves is Managing Director at the AOP and actively involved in championing the long-term success of premium publishers.

Steve Chester

ISBA

The Incorporated Society of British Advertisers (ISBA) represents the leading UK advertisers through advocacy and offers its members thought leadership, consultancy and a programme of networking. It speaks with one voice to stakeholders, including agencies, regulators, platform owners and Government.

Steve Chester is Director of Media for ISBA, leading a team delivering industry education, standards and research.

Belinda Beeftink

IPA

An advisor to UKOM Board, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) is the UK’s professional body for practitioners in advertising and marketing communications.

Belinda Beeftink is responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the unique IPA TouchPoints cross-media consumer survey. She also works across all aspects of the IPA research remit, representing agency interests on UKOM and other UK industry media research contracts.
