Tim Elkington is Chief Digital Officer at the IAB, responsible for overseeing its activities relating to key industry issues such as data protection and e-privacy, viewability, ad fraud, brand safety and measurement.

Richard Reeves is Managing Director at the AOP and actively involved in championing the long-term success of premium publishers.

Belinda Beeftink


An advisor to UKOM Board, the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising (IPA) is the UK’s professional body for practitioners in advertising and marketing communications.

Belinda Beeftink is responsible for the day-to-day running and development of the unique IPA TouchPoints cross-media consumer survey. She also works across all aspects of the IPA research remit, representing agency interests on UKOM and other UK industry media research contracts.
