Created by UKOM in 2023 to cement its role as the endorsement body for Ipsos iris, the Ace awards are a celebration of original and effective use of the data.
London's grey January weather may not have screamed celebration when we convened at the IAB for the Q4 2024 awards presentation but our winners made the most of their success when they picked up their certificates and Amazon vouchers:
- Elsa Jourd’heuil, Senior Lead Analyst at Sky Media, won for her work using UKOM endorsed Ipsos iris data and modelling it into C-Flight to understand the people behind PC, tablet and smartphone devices.
- Hannah Partington, Digital Account Manager at the7Stars, was rewarded for her work using UKOM endorsed Ipsos iris data in the online planning of Gousto’s Q1 2025 programmatic display strategy. This entry shone as an example of how an advertiser can trust the work that their agency is doing in the complicated and often opaque programmatic space.
UKOM CEO Ian Dowds said: "At UKOM, we often talk about how Ipsos iris data is all about the real people behind PCs, tablets and smartphones, rather than just tracking machines. Our winners this month shine a strong light on that truth - understanding people online is the cornerstone of effective audience measurement. Well done Elsa and Hannah!"
The awards are free to enter and work for the award period Q1 2025 should be submitted by April 11 2025. A short submission form is here.
